Putting Metrics to Work for Your Business: Understanding SBCA’s Financial Performance Survey (FPS)

The FPS was designed to provide participating members with industry-specific financial information that can be used as benchmarks to evaluate business performance and identify areas that could benefit from additional attention. Because the key to useful survey results is high participation and accurate information, this webinar will be a deep dive into the benefits of participation, how results can be used to improve business practices, and how to provide the most accurate data possible when you participate in the current survey.
