Clippership Wharf is a recently completely mixed-use luxury development overlooking the Boston harbor and Boston skyline. The project encompasses four separate buildings sitting on 12 acres of waterfront property on which the project encompasses 284 apartments and 194 condominiums surrounding a central courtyard with a 270-degree view of the downtown Boston skyline. Australia's largest real estate developer, Lendlease, is responsible for bringing this project to life.
