BCMC 2020: In-Person Event Officially Canceled

After careful consideration and consultation with many loyal exhibitors and attendees, the SBCA Executive Committee has made the difficult decision to cancel BCMC 2020 due to significant concerns regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The SBCA Executive Committee feels it is in the best interest of both exhibitors and attendees to make this decision now and eliminate uncertainty surrounding an in-person BCMC event.

SBCA would like to thank all of our exhibitors and CM members for the positive support and candid input that helped the Executive Committee make this decision. There was a strong desire to avoid cancelling BCMC, but the health of our exhibitors and attendees has to be the primary consideration.

The SBCA Executive Committee and BCMC Committee are currently considering a virtual education offering in place of the in-person BCMC event. More information on this will be made available soon in SBC Industry News and other communication channels.

SBCA will be sending out an email to all exhibitors with options related to pushing contracts to 2021 or seeking a refund for this year.

Again, SBCA appreciates all of our loyal and new members, exhibitors, and attendees for their patience, positivity, and willingness to help us navigate through these uncertain times.
