Putting Lean Principles into Practice
If you missed the production efficiency sessions at BCMC, or if you’re struggling to take the first step in translating those ideas into new processes in your plant, join us December 13 for a brief presentation and an open Q&A session with BJ Louws of Louws Truss. BJ will review some of the Lean tools discussed at BCMC, including Kanban, Kaizen events, and 5 S. He’ll also offer some practical advice on the actions you can take right now to implement these strategies in any operation, large or small.
