Jeff Smith joined Trussway Manufacturing as President and CEO in 2013.  A 30-year veteran of the building materials industry, Jeff has previously held senior operations and leadership positions (CEO, EVP) at High Industries Inc. of Lancaster, PA, Saint-Gobain Corporation/CertainTeed Corporation of Malvern, PA, and GAF Materials Corporation of Parsippany, NJ. He is a member of the SBCA Board, Co-Chair of the Quality Committee, and currently leads a strike force team.  A resident of Houston, Jeff and his wife of 36 years have three children and one grandchild. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Engineering/Mechanical from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Mike Loughery is the Principal of Courage Communications and Design, a firm specializing in branding, marketing communications, and all facets of crisis, executive and merger/acquisition communications.  A graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, Mike has worked for 23 years in the building materials industry, most recently with Trussway Manufacturing of Houston, TX, and CertainTeed Corporation of Malvern, PA. In addition, he has worked in the non-profit and government sectors, politics and radio broadcasting.
